The author makes a good point about the custody and divorce laws...but when one sees how feminists abuse power even outside of marriage and the dating scene, the solution is not as simple as this. The problem with feminism is not that it allows women infinite reproductive freedom alone...it is the freedom from all consequences and responsibilities in all walks of life. Until women are held accountable for their actions and decisions, they will abuse all situations to their benefit. So....getting rid of no fault divorce and presuming father custody may be strategies, but a better route would be to DENY women the right to divorce without willing consent of the father and to make all marriage contracts include a prenuptial agreement. In other words, if the woman even can get permission to divorce, she gets NO alimony and NO redistribution of assets. The children go to the parent capable of raising them financially. So....getting rid of no fault divorce and presuming father custody may be strategies, but a better route would be to DENY women the right to divorce without willing consent of the father and to make all marriage contracts include a prenuptial agreement. In other words, if the woman even can get permission to divorce, she gets NO alimony and NO redistribution of assets. The children go to the parent capable of raising them financially. This will help to hold women accountable and thus neuter feminism in its tracks.
That's perhaps why the Equality constitutional amendment never got ratified.

I have had decades to think on this and I'd like you to know that If it would reverse that horrible murder and allow me to hold my baby daughter and be her father, I could see every active abortion supporter dead if they refused to repent. If 3+ billion people died world-wide then that would be Just, as that is one estimate of the number of babies tortured to death worldwide in my lifetime.
I'm sorry that God has not sent a Real pandemic killing discriminatingly all that I defined, or that every father that suffered what I did and every man and woman that hopes to be a parent worldwide will not go around removing this evil. There are enough trees and rope and dirt ground, to protect us and return them to dust.
When I watch the news and see Gaza and the dead and suffering, God have Mercy!, I sometimes hope for a nuke war to remove enough of us that the survivors can be free of such insane and demon possessed in power and all around us.
