It’s very easy for libertarians to cling on to genetic racial differences as a catch-all explanation for group differences.
However, this position does not explain why poor whites and poor blacks have the same family chaos in the land of the free.
Poor whites have some family chaos but poor blacks have a lot more.
Also, for what it's worth, most libertarians DON'T cite genetic differences.
